DESCRIPTION:**Average will be based in 2017-2018 book average or current average\, whichever is higher.  The handicap is 100% from 200.  100% reverse handicap over 200.  Non-league men and women assigned average of 135.  Handicap is 65.  All teams equalized at 800.  If no average for this year\, we will go back three years and take your highest average.  \n\n\n\nBowl-A-Thon Committee shall have full power to hear and determine all protests.
