DESCRIPTION:We have some exciting trainings coming up in March 2019.  Space is limited\, so apply today!\n\n\n\nBe Part of the Solution. Learn Conflict Management Skills!\n\n\n\nIn this interactive training\, participants will learn skills to navigate interpersonal conflict that can be applied all facets of life- from work to home.  This may be particularly helpful for those who are managing or leading groups.  This training will provide practical skills participants can start using right away to enhance their conflict management abilities. \n\nSign up for EMM's 16-Hour Conflict Management Training. The course will be held March 6-8th\, 2019.  Partial scholarships are available.\n\n \n\nThis training is free for city of employees of Gresham\, Troutdale\, Wood Village and Fairview! But space is limited. \n\n \n\nIf you are interested in becoming a trained mediator\, you can continue this training that leads right into the Basic Mediation Training course.  Inquire for more information!\n\nEmail mediate@greshamoregon.gov to apply!\n\nApplications are due\, February 22nd.
