DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, September 17\, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm\, come out and support the Gresham Police Department at the inaugural Dog Days of Summer event. The Police Department will put our K-9 units on display in collaboration with law enforcement from the surrounding area. The public is encouraged to attend and see this unique training session.\n\n\n\nTogether with our neighborhood friends from Guide Dogs for the Blind\, Tagg\, the comfort dog of the Gresham Police Department\, will be present. Families\, children\, and well-behaved dogs on leashes are all welcome.\n\n\n\nAll sales earnings from the K-9 unit replica plush animals and Dog Days of Summer t-shirts will go to the Gresham Police Comfort Dog/Peer Support program.
