Classes!\n\n \nWe have 5 exciting\, free workshops with resources this year\, please make sure you put these in your calendar to check out!\n\n\n	12:30-1pm Room PE 104: Home Weatherization Tips   Community Energy Project: Community Energy Project provides a free DIY summer weatherization workshop to teach low-cost energy saving techniques on how to stay cool without air conditioning for renters and homeowners. Learn how to lower home energy use and stay cool by installing effective weatherization materials and using basic tools. Qualified participants can receive a free kit of weatherization supplies!\n	1-1:45pm Room PE 108: Food Waste Reduction and Money Saving Skills   Imperfect Produce / City of Gresham Recycling: Imperfect will shed light on the issue of food waste in America. We'll brainstorm different ways to reduce food waste in our own lives. City of Gresham will offer free tools and resources to every household who attends. We'll also offer fruit snacks for attendees\, as well as a coupon for folks who are interested in trying our delivery service.\n	1:45pm Leaving from Room 104: Salmon Safe Certification of MHCC   Sandy River Watershed Council: The workshop will be an overview of how MHCC has become Salmon Safe certified with a tour of the parking lot stormwater treatment facilities.\n	2:15 -2:45pm Room 108: Backyard Natural Habitat Creation   Backyard Habitat Certification Program: What does it take to transform your yard into a backyard habitat? Learn the 5 certification criteria that we ask of program participants\; plant native species\, remove noxious weeds\, steward wildlife\, manage stormwater\, and reduce pesticide use. It is easier than you think!\n	2:45-3:15 PM Room 104 Mason Bee Keeping 101   Susan Spencer MHCC Faculty Member: Mason Bee 101: an overview of the life cycle of mason bees\, their benefit to the environment\, and how to raise and manage these delightful native bees.\n\n\nWelcome to our 2019 vendors and exhibitors!
