DESCRIPTION:Come have fun and learn more about Mezcal! We'll be doing a Mezcal tasting experience at Elixir Mezcaleria!\n\n\n\nMezcal is a spirit made from maguey (agave plants)\, once harvested it is cooked and milled in an earthen pit\, which is where the smoke flavor comes from. We'll be going through different maguey varietals and discussing how region and altitude make up the different flavors. \n\n\n\nThey are offering two Mezcal flights\, one flight will be all Espadin varietal\, and the second will be a mix of different Maguey varietals to get to know some of the more complex flavors of mezcal.\n\n \n\n$25 for two flights. Each flight is 2oz of alcohol\, .05 mezcal in each glass. 4oz total in 2 flights.\n\n\n\nPlease register so we know how many to expect. Thank you!
