Changes, they come when you plan them, and often when you don't. This coffee hour will be all about making the most of challenging circumstances, going green and becoming resilient.

In 2015, Rob Hendrickson’s office flooded. The ceiling and floor were total losses. His business and life were greatly disrupted. However, instead of getting angry and trying to quickly patch things back together, Rob took this disruption and used it as the perfect opportunity to green his office, and make it better prepared for the next big rain.

Come learn about the LED lighting, insulation, water, energy and waste conservation efforts he undertook as a result of this major disruption to his business. You’ll get motivated, and also learn some of the dollars and cents details of the efforts he undertook. This coffee hour will be an excellent opportunity to look into how sustainable change can happen at a business when planned, and unplanned, and how it can transform a business.
