Facilitation Workshop
An effective facilitator helps a group reach their goals through consensus and engages all members through a process that is productive and efficient. This can be challenging depending on the group dynamic and complexity of the issues the group is facing. This 6-hour training will help you enhance your facilitation skills.
Participants will achieve skills, techniques and gain a deeper understanding of facilitation process from pre-meeting to building consensus through creating the action plan and accountability. This hands-on training, with the help of experts, will provide opportunities to practice and receive coaching to best connect the skills to each participants' unique needs.
