Description
The Women's Self-Defense Intensive Course is a two day a week, one hour per class, 6-week course. It will be a combination of practical while enjoyable.
The Women?s Self-Defensive Intensive is beginning on February 6th (Tuesday) at 6 pm.
My class days for this intensive are Tuesdays AT 6 P.M. & Thursdays. I already have a Thursday class that takes up the 6 pm slot so the Thursday class will be at 5 pm.
The cost is $199 for the intensive.
My motto for self-defense is ?Something can be done about it.? This is your time to learn what can be done to make your safer and more confident.
